Who treats you
Your appointment is carried out by an NHS-trained clinician who holds an enhanced DBS check and full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. The same person answers the phone, arrives at your door and follows up afterwards — there is no call centre and no rotating staff.
Why home visits
GP surgeries across Kent stopped routinely offering wax removal years ago, and the nearest high-street clinics mean a drive into town, parking and a wait. A home visit removes all of that. Everything needed — magnification, suction unit, irrigation pump, sterile single-use tips — comes in the case.
Standards and safety
Single-use consumables on every patient, equipment decontaminated between visits, and clear referral routes: if an examination shows an infection, perforation, foreign body or anything outside the scope of wax removal, treatment stops and you are advised to see your GP, with a written summary if you want one.
