A full ear health check
Otoscope examination
A clear look at the canal and eardrum before anything is touched, so the right method is chosen for your ears.
Treatment and re-check
Wax removed, both ears re-examined, and aftercare advice given. Anything of concern is written up for your GP.
Excess wax is easily treated. If you experience these symptoms, a home visit can usually provide immediate relief.
Muffled or lost hearing
Sounds may feel dull, quiet, or like you are underwater in one or both ears.
Fullness or pain
A feeling of pressure or a persistent dull ache inside the ear canal.
Ringing sounds
Tinnitus or buzzing that often improves once the ear is cleared of wax.
Hearing aid feedback
Unusual whistling or a poor fit can indicate wax is blocking your device.
