Be gentle with your ears
Keep cotton buds, fingers and other objects out of your ear canals.
Earol olive oil spray
Earol olive oil spray can be purchased online from Amazon and Boots, and from high street pharmacies and chemists, subject to availability.
View Earol at BootsIf James confirms it is suitable for you, use one spray in each ear every two weeks.
This helps lubricate the ear canal and keep earwax soft, and may help soothe dryness, itching and irritation.
Follow the individual instructions James gives you after your visit. The schedule above is the advice on your aftercare card, for use when James has confirmed it is suitable for you.
Do not use Earol or put water in your ear with a known or suspected perforated eardrum. Seek medical advice.
When to get help
For sudden hearing loss, seek an urgent GP appointment or call NHS 111. For increasing pain, discharge, bleeding or persistent dizziness, seek medical advice promptly.
