Talk through the visit together
Before booking, check that your relative would like an appointment and discuss a suitable time. Let us know if you are helping with the arrangements or would like to be present. Their agreement to assessment and any suitable treatment will be checked at the visit.

£70 up to 10 road miles; £80 over 10 to 15 road miles; £90 over 15 to 30 road miles, travel included. Your home visit includes travel, a consultation, an ear examination and wax removal where suitable, for one clear price. The full visit fee also applies if no wax is present or removal is not suitable or cannot be completed.

Choose a time and wait for confirmation
Use the online calendar to choose an available time and complete the booking questions accurately. A submitted request is not yet a confirmed appointment: we check the visit address and travel arrangements before confirming.
Allow 45 minutes for the visit. The calendar also reserves a further 45 minutes afterwards for travel.
Keep the arrangements up to date
